We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to analyze business systems, align solutions with strategies, and optimize processes through technology. Must have expertise in process mapping, risk analysis, cost/benefit evaluations, and documentation of user needs and development steps.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct complex business analysis, gather and document requirements.
- Assess requirements management methodologies, identify risks/issues.
- Develop test cases, provide project training, and offer technical input.
- Communicate business processes through workflow diagrams.
- Identify inefficiencies and document business processes and requirements.
Required Skills:
- Mentor and guide Social Services Applications (SSA) staff.
- Analyze and interpret technical information, including regulations, policies, and system documentation.
- Translate business needs into technical documentation and instructions.
- Plan and coordinate individual and group activities.
- Detect, diagnose, and resolve application issues.
- Create technical designs for problem-solving solutions.
- Collaborate professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Prepare concise business requirements, technical specifications, and related documents.
