We are looking for a full-time contractor or employee for a Business Analyst role.
Analyzes business systems and user needs, aligning solutions with overall strategies. Experienced in business process reengineering and leveraging technology for efficiency. Skilled in industry-standard process mapping and risk analysis, including cost/benefit and ROI evaluations. Documents user needs, program functions, and development steps.
Analyzes business systems and user needs, aligning solutions with overall strategies. Experienced in business process reengineering and leveraging technology for efficiency. Additional Responsibilities:
- Conduct complex business analysis, gather and document requirements.
- Assess requirements management methodologies, identify risks and issues.
- Develop test cases, provide project training, and offer technical input.
- Communicate business processes via workflow diagrams.
- Identify inefficiencies and document business processes and requirements.
Required Skills:
- Ability to mentor and provide consultation and direction to other Social Services Applications (SSA) staff.
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical information including regulations, policy, and automation system documentation/specifications.
- Ability to communicate in writing, translating user/business needs into a technical style, and communicate technical instructions to system users.
- Ability to plan and coordinate individual and group work activities.
- Ability to detect and diagnose application problems.
- Ability to create technical designs for solutions to problems.
- Ability to work professionally with a broad range of stakeholders
- Ability to prepare concise business requirements, technical specifications documents and related artifacts.
