We are looking for a full-time contractor or employee to join us as a Senior Data Governance Training Specialist.
In this role, you will train employees on data governance tools to support our metadata library project. Your responsibilities will include creating training materials, developing documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of metadata practices. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are essential in this dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Required Skills:
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing training programs
- Ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences
- Experience collaborating with program/business teams to implement technical solutions and manage change
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for preparing briefings and reports for executives and diverse audiences
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Informatica data governance tools (Axon, Enterprise Data Catalog, and/or Informatica Data Quality)
- Experience in public health programs or data assets
- Experience with web-based learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools
