Job Responsibilities:
Accurately input, update, and maintain data in the database and systems.
Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness before entering it.
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation and integrity.
Assist in generating reports and summaries from the database as needed.
Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and efficiencies.
Respond to data inquiries and provide necessary support to other departments.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Essential Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
Excellent typing skills, with a minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Effective organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Desired Experience:
Previous experience in a data entry role or similar administrative position preferred.
Experience with database management systems is an advantage.
Familiarity with data processing and management tools.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and confidentiality practices.
