We are looking for a full-time contractor or employee to join our team as a Senior CRM & Help Desk Support Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, and communicate updates for the CRM and TEA Help Desk product teams, collaborating with stakeholders and contributing to the knowledge base.
- Resolve support incidents with a focus on quality analysis, customer satisfaction, and adherence to SLA requirements.
- Write and review support procedures and ticket responses to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for CRM and TEA Help Desk products, ensuring issues and enhancements are addressed in a timely manner.
Required Skills:
- Experience with Atlassian Jira Products (Service Desk and Software).
- Proficiency in end-user testing of software releases.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using Zendesk Help Desk.
- Familiarity with MS Modern Requirements.
