We are seeking a full-time contractor or employee for a CRM & Help Desk Support Analyst role.
Develops, monitors, and communicates updates for the CRM and TEA Help Desk product teams, coordinating with stakeholders and contributing to knowledge base articles. Resolves support incidents, ensuring quality analysis, customer satisfaction, and SLA compliance. Writes and reviews support procedures and ticket responses. Conducts User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for CRM and TEA Help Desk products, ensuring timely updates for issues and enhancements.
Required Skills:
