We are looking for a full-time contractor or employee for a Senior IT Project Manager role.
Responsibilities:

- Lead IT projects following PMLC and SDLC methodologies.
- Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality, contractual, and functional requirements.
- Develop and oversee budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams.
- Document system requirements and ensure compliance with standards.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in IT project management, business analysis, or project administration.
- Expertise in managing complex projects across all development phases.
- Strong background in structured design, scope control, risk mitigation, and project estimation.
- Ability to analyze complex issues, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
- Experience facilitating business process mapping and reengineering.
- Skilled in gathering and documenting requirements across multiple departments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in structured design, project scope control, and risk management.
- Strong presentation skills for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
