We are looking for a full-time contractor or employee for a Systems Analyst role.

- Expertise in database management systems and data migration, focusing on healthcare EHR systems (e.g., Cerner Millennium) and complex integrations.
- Proficient in database scripting (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server) for efficient data migration to SaaS platforms.
- Skilled in using Excel, Word, Visio, and other spreadsheet software for documentation and reporting.
- Strong business analysis skills: reviewing user requirements, analyzing operational procedures, and identifying solutions to automate or enhance processes.
- Experienced in documenting and standardizing business process flows through data collection and collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Ability to prepare specifications for data input/output processes and resolve complex data-related issues with analytical problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills for clear project documentation and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to foster team collaboration and productivity.
- Knowledgeable in current IT industry trends and applying them strategically within organizations.
- In-depth understanding of architectural concepts, principles, and tools for infrastructure, information systems, and applications.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience with SaaS-based EHR systems and cloud data migrations.
- Familiar with Texas DIR Project Delivery Framework and associated document templates.
- Knowledge of current and planned software technologies, as well as global, regional, and local software architecture and infrastructure.
- Experienced in regulatory compliance and data security related to healthcare data.
