- Work closely with business units to elicit, analyze, and validate functional and technical requirements.
- Translate requirements into detailed user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria.
- Act as liaison between end-users, developers, and QA teams to ensure solution meets expectations.
- Support UAT by developing test scenarios and facilitating feedback incorporation.
- Continuously refine backlog items based on evolving business needs and priorities.
