- Provide technical support to end-users, logging, categorizing, and prioritizing tickets in ME SDP.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in the ticketing system.
- Monitor SLAs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Contribute to and maintain the knowledge base, improving self-service capabilities.
- Identify trends and recommend improvements to reduce recurring issues.
