We are seeking a full-time contractor or employee for a Service Desk Analyst role.

Required Skills:
  • Provide technical support to end-users, logging, categorizing, and prioritizing tickets in ME SDP.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in the ticketing system.
  • Monitor SLAs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Contribute to and maintain the knowledge base, improving self-service capabilities.
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements to reduce recurring issues.
