The Northern Dental Group is looking for a talented and driven Quality Analyst Assurance to join our growing team. As the Quality Analyst Assurance, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our dental services and patient care. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in quality assurance who is passionate about making a positive impact on our patients' dental experiences.


Key Responsibilities:


- Audit and analyze all aspects of the dental practice, including appointments, billing, and patient records to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards


- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of our dental services


- Identify and resolve any quality deficiencies through root cause analysis and preventative action


- Collaborate with the dental team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance patient care and satisfaction


- Conduct regular training and education for staff on quality management and assurance standards


- Regularly communicate with management on the status of quality initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement


- Monitor and respond to patient feedback and complaints, taking necessary steps to ensure their satisfaction


- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and standards, incorporating any changes into the quality assurance process


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field


- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting


- Knowledge of industry regulations and quality assurance standards


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and management


- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality


- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously


- Experience with implementing quality control plans and procedures


- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis software
