We are seeking a full-time contractor or employee for a Senior Business Process Consultant role.

- Facilitate workshops to document current and future-state process flows.
- Recommend process improvements aligned with ITIL practices and configure Cherwell to support them.
- Help define service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting metrics.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive adoption of optimized workflows and ensure measurable business value.
