We are seeking a full-time contractor or employee for a Business Analyst role.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Scheduling and Labor, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Act as the sole Scheduling and Labor resource for the client, taking ownership of the full workstream lifecycle and deliverables.
- Follow Workday methodology (Plan, Architect/Configure, Test, Deploy, Hypercare) to ensure successful delivery.
- Utilize internal Accenture project management tools and methodologies to track progress and deliverables.
- Participate in and lead client-facing meetings, manage stakeholder communications, and escalate project risks appropriately.
- Support integration with related Workday modules including Time Tracking, and Extend Use Cases for Scheduling, Overtime, and Vacation Bidding.
- Collaborate with offshore resources and project counterparts to ensure consistent and professional issue resolution.
Required Skills:
- Active Workday Scheduling and Labor certification
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday Scheduling and Labor
- Proven track record in government or public sector Workday projects
- Strong ability to lead independently and drive results without constant supervision
- Experience working in or managing remote and offshore teams
- Solid understanding of Workday integration touchpoints and scheduling best practices
