We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our remote team. You will collect, process, and analyze data from various sources to provide actionable insights that drive informed business decisions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, proficiency with statistical and data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate findings clearly across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and support data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity throughout all analyses and reports.
- Assist in the development and improvement of data collection and analysis procedures.
- Support cross-functional teams with ad-hoc data requests and custom analyses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with statistical software or programming languages, e.g., Python or R.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex data into clear insights.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms or ETL tools.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts or advanced analytics.
- Prior remote work experience or collaboration across distributed teams.
