- Agile Software Development Methodologies Experience
- Experience in the delivery of complex Java/Oracle applications

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing)
- Project and/or Product Management experience
- Expertise in prioritizing tasks and features to ensure the team focuses on high-value deliverables
- Experience with Jira
