We are looking for a full-time contractor or employee to join our team as a Senior PeopleSoft ERP Developer
As a Senior PeopleSoft ERP Developer, you will be part of the Maintenance and Operations team, working on multiple projects simultaneously while providing ongoing support to the PeopleSoft Maintenance team. Your role will involve coordinating program modifications to the PeopleSoft Financial and HCM systems to align with the needs of business area users. You will work alongside TWC’s PeopleSoft technical and functional teams to enhance the system’s performance and capabilities. The position will involve working with PeopleSoft FSCM v9.2 and HCM v9.2, across a range of modules, including (but not limited to) Asset Management, Billing, Contracts, ePro, GL, Inventory, Payables, Purchasing, Receivables, Strategic Sourcing, Core HR, T&L, Payroll, and Commitment Control. Additional duties may be assigned to maintain seamless operations.
Required Skills:
- Experience in implementing, upgrading, and maintaining PeopleSoft ERP systems.
- Technical support experience with PeopleSoft Finance version 9.2 and PeopleTools version 8.57 or higher, including working with Application, PeopleCode, Data Mover Scripts Engine, Component Interface, Unix, BI Publisher, Events and Notifications, REST services, and SQR.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.
- Experience with Cloud-based technologies.
- Strong technical writing skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience with the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC).
- Experience implementing, upgrading, or maintaining a State of Texas PeopleSoft Finance system, such as WRAPS at TWC or CAPPS at the Comptroller of Public Accounts.
