We are seeking a highly skilled HubSpot Specialist / Expert with comprehensive experience in both HubSpot CMS and CRM tools. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and strategic insight on how to, enabling them to optimize our HubSpot platform to use or utilize CMS and CRM effectiveness, additionally enhance sales processes if needed, and ensure a seamless user experience with the CMS and migration from current web pages. You will be responsible for migrating, developing, implementing, and managing HubSpot CMS solutions that align with our business goals and support overall web site enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot CMS Development:
- Design, build, and maintain custom HubSpot CMS websites and landing pages.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal performance across devices.
- Develop and troubleshoot custom HubSpot modules and templates.
- Integrate HubSpot CMS with third-party tools and services.
- Optimize website performance, including load times and SEO.
HubSpot CRM Management:
- Administer and configure HubSpot CRM to meet business needs and sales processes.
- Develop and manage workflows, pipelines, and automation rules to streamline operations.
- Create and maintain custom properties, reports, and dashboards to track key metrics.
- Support data management tasks, including data import/export, cleaning, and segmentation.
Migration, Integration and Customization:
- Integrate HubSpot with other business systems and tools (e.g., ERP, e-commerce platforms).
- Develop custom solutions using HubSpot’s APIs and scripting tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HubSpot integrations and functionality.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of HubSpot tools and strategies.
- Generate insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing and sales efforts.
- Create comprehensive reports for stakeholders and management.
Collaboration and Training:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to understand their needs and deliver effective HubSpot solutions.
- Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot best practices and tools.
- Stay updated on HubSpot product updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a HubSpot Specialist, Developer, or in a similar role with a focus on both HubSpot CMS and CRM.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in HubSpot CMS design and development.
- Experience with HubSpot API and custom integrations.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubL (HubSpot Markup Language).
- In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM features, workflows, and automation tools.
- Experience with HubSpot reporting and analytics.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Certifications (preferred but not required):
- HubSpot CMS Developer Certification.
- HubSpot CRM Implementation Certification.
- HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification.
