- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes integrating CAPPS, PeopleSoft FSCM, and HCM data with downstream systems.
- Ensure high data quality, consistency, and timely delivery of integrated data for reporting and analytics.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Monitor and optimize performance of data integration jobs and resolve issues proactively.
- Maintain technical documentation for integrations, data mappings, and workflows.
- Implement security and compliance best practices for sensitive data handling.
