Agile Test Analyst

•         2+ years of Client or comparable healthcare or claims processing industry experience

•         3+ years of system requirements gathering and testing experience

•         3+ years of experience supporting systems development projects

•         1+ years of peer-reviewing the work of others or mentoring other business analysts

•         2+ years participating in a Scrum team and agile process

•         Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

•         Excellent organizational and time-management skills
