We are seeking a qualified Business Analyst to join our team.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Legacy system analysis and modernization strategies
- Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), particularly for web-based application development
- Experience in gathering requirements elicitation and documentation (business, functional, and technical)
- Experience in translating legacy application behavior into modern web-based system requirements
- Experience in Stakeholder facilitation, communication, and consensus building, Project coordination and task tracking
- Knowledge of analyzing SQL-based data models and system integrations
- Reviewing system workflows and identifying modernization opportunities
- Written, verbal, and presentation communication
- Create clear, complete, and testable requirements documentation
- Work effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams
- Identify system and compliance gaps and propose feasible solutions
- Adapt to evolving technical requirements and modernization complexities
- Maintain productive working relationships in a fast-paced project environment
Preferred Skills:
- experience in business analysis or PM/BA roles
- Demonstrated experience converting legacy applications to web-based solutions
- Hands-on experience working with .NET development teams and SQL databases
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience supporting large-scale IT systems within government or regulated environments
- PMP,PMI-PBA, CBAP, or similar certification preferred
