We are seeking a full-time contractor or employee for a Senior .NET Application Developer role
Performs advanced (senior-level) computer programming work. Work involves planning, analyzing, scheduling, coordinating and implementing programming projects; as well as providing technical assistance. This includes analysis, design, coding, testing, documenting, and implementing applications to support the various functional areas of the Texas Lottery & Charitable Bingo. Works in a manner that exemplifies and supports the agency’s core values of integrity, responsibility, innovation, fiscal accountability, customer responsiveness, teamwork, and excellence.
Required Skills

Required Skills
- SQL or PL/SQL
- software version control experience
- developing and maintaining secure .NET public websites
- C#, ASP.NET (minimum 2 years .NET 8.0 and higher)
- HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- developing system documentation
Preferred Skills
• Developing and maintaining Python batch scripts
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Experience with Syncfusion and Bold Reports for rich UI/UX development and reporting
• Experience integrating with Google and Apple authentication systems
• Experience with .NET LINQ (Language Integrated Query)
• Experience developing Java applications
• Knowledge of Charitable Bingo Rules and Regulations
• Knowledge of interfaces and data exchange standards between software applications
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Experience with Syncfusion and Bold Reports for rich UI/UX development and reporting
