We are seeking a full-time contractor or employee for a Senior PeopleSoft FSCM Training Consultant role for the client of Texas Health and Human Services Commission.
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission is seeking experienced instructional designers to develop training curricula and content for a PeopleSoft Financials ERP system. This role involves delivering training through a variety of mediums: onsite, remote, and asynchronously via e-learning. The ideal candidate will thrive in a large, collaborative remote team environment and demonstrate a strong aptitude for Agile, incremental, and iterative delivery methods.
Job Duties
• Design and implement a comprehensive training program tailored to a specific financial business area.
• Develop accessibility-compliant, role-based content from the ground up, actively participating in system design discussions and testing activities to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Produce clear, user-friendly guides and training materials that enhance learner understanding and retention.
• Facilitate effective instructor-led and web-based training sessions for both trainers and end users.
• Manage and update the training SharePoint site to ensure resources are current and easily accessible.
Required Skills:
- Developing a training program for ERP systems
- Developing accessibility-compliant training content
- (at least 4) Hands-on experience working with eLearning software
- (at least 4) Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 ERP system
- (at least 4) Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- (at least 2) Experience with MS Teams and Channel communication with a large team
- (at least 2) Experience in maintaining and updating SharePoint sites
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)
- Experience with Jira
