- 5+ years of support experience with MicroStation, ProjectWise, and OpenRoads Designer
- 5+ years of enterprise software implementation and deployment
- 5+ years of software package creation and deployment
- 5+ years serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CADD tools, providing extensive support for civil engineering software
- 5+ years delivering effective, customer-centric technical support
- 5+ years of experience providing guidance to end users based on analysis of hardware, software, and technologies associated with civil engineering workflows
- Excellent communication skills and strong team collaboration abilities
- Demonstrated ability to exercise logic and reasoning to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Proven decision-making skills that support business objectives and organizational goals
Preferred Skills
- 5+ years of experience working on TxDOT CADD/Engineering projects
- Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency in Digital Delivery processes
