We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager with a strong background in managing networking room construction, IT equipment deployments, and network infrastructure projects in public school districts. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring high-quality delivery, compliance with district standards, and timely completion.

- Lead construction and renovation of MDF/IDF rooms across K–12 campuses.
- Oversee deployment of IT equipment including switches, wireless access points, UPS units, and network hardware.
- Manage structured cabling projects, fiber installations, conduit work, and low-voltage infrastructure.
- Coordinate with district officials, architects, engineers, and contractors to meet all technical and construction standards.
- Create project schedules, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Manage subcontractors, field staff, and vendors to deliver high-quality workmanship.
- Conduct site walks, inspections, testing, and commissioning of network environments.
- Maintain project budgets, documentation, reporting, and safety compliance.
- Ensure all construction activities align with E-Rate and district technology requirements.
- Communicate project updates and resolve issues promptly to minimize school operational disruptions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of construction management experience in public school districts or similar environments.
- Hands-on experience with networking room setups, structured cabling, and IT hardware installation.
- Knowledge of building codes, low-voltage standards, and technology infrastructure requirements.
- Strong coordination, communication, and project documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campus projects simultaneously.
