We are seeking a full-time contractor or employee for a Power Platform Administrator role for the client of Texas Education Agency.

- Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform
- Administer and support Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration with Power Platform.
- Develop and maintain Power Platform Canvas apps to meet business needs.
- Document processes and ensure consistent workflows across CRM and Power Platform solutions.
- AI & Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Govern and support Microsoft 365 Copilot usage, including user enablement, policy compliance, and performance monitoring.
- Administer AI capabilities within Power Platform and M365, ensuring responsible use and alignment with business goals.
- Provide expertise in Co-Pilot Studio to streamline development and automation processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements in workflows and reporting.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with customizing entities, workflows, and integrating D365 CRM with Power Platform tools
- Experience with troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing logs and debugging software applications.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles, data modeling using Power-BI
- Familiarity with Copilot Studio for automation and governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot features
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Services, particularly Azure Active Directory
