We are seeking a full-time contractor or employee for a QA Engineer Automated role for the client of Texas Education Agency.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements, design documents, and other documentation to develop detailed test cases.
- Create and execute automated functional and regression test cases for HTML, PDF, and Excel reports; document all issues, test results, and testing summaries.
- Perform SQL queries to analyze and manipulate data.
- Collaborate with the development team and customers to understand functionality, define and implement test case automation, and communicate findings clearly.
- Execute performance and accessibility testing.
- Perform manual testing and data validation.
Required Skills:
- Testing complex Web Applications
- Testing all phases of Software Development Life Cycle
- Testing automation experience with Selenium and TestNG
- Advanced Database/SQL Language
- Experience with Java Programming Language
- Experience Using Apache POI and Apache PDFBox
- Experience with WAPT Pro, Jmeter, or other performance testing tools
Preferred Skills:
- Experience parsing WebTables to Verify Results
- Previous experience with Zephyr Scale preferred
- Previous experience with JIRA preferred
