Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Collegiate Charter School. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to students, parents, and staff members.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide information to students, parents, and staff via phone, email, and in person
  • Assist with enrollment, registration, and scheduling processes
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
