We are seeking a full-time contractor or employee for a PeopleSoft FSCM Business Analyst role for the client of Texas Health and Human Services Commission.
Required Skills:

- Experience as a business analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
- Experience as a business analyst, specifically in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations.
- Experience as a business analyst in gathering requirements and conducting fit/gap analysis with subject matter experts.
- Experience in performing hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces.
- Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Experience working with MS Teams in a large team setting.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)
- Experience as a business analyst in Asset Management
- Experience as a business analyst in Accounts Payable
- Experience as a business analyst in General Ledger
- Experience working with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system
- Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
- Experience with SharePoint
- Experience with Jira
- Experience working with the Scrum framework
- Experience with STAT
