We are seeking a full-time contractor or employee for a Lead Tester and Trainer role.

- Develop test strategies, cases, and scripts to validate ME SDP configurations and enhancements.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and performance testing; document and track defects.
- Collaborate with developers and admins to resolve issues found during testing.
- Create and deliver tailored training programs for end-users, service desk staff, and administrators.
- Develop user manuals, quick reference guides, and video tutorials.
- Gather feedback post-training and update materials or methods as needed.
