- Design end-to-end ITSM solutions leveraging the full capabilities of ME SDP.
- Define architecture, integrations, workflows, and data models based on organizational needs.
- Align solutions with ITIL/ITSM best practices and business objectives.
- Create high-level designs, technical specifications, and configuration blueprints.
- Work with stakeholders to define CMDB structure, SLAs, and automation strategies.
- Evaluate new features and advise on continuous improvement opportunities.
