Required Skills:
  • Lead Cherwell implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate communication between business sponsors, technical teams, and vendors.
  • Track progress, report status to executives, and escalate issues promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL/ITSM best practices and organizational governance standards.
  • Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional value.
