- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather UI/UX and workflow requirements.
- Design intuitive and effective service catalog items, dashboards, reports, and self-service portals.
- Create and document end-to-end workflow diagrams aligned with ITIL and business needs.
- Apply best practices for accessibility, user experience, and branding consistency in Cherwell designs.
- Review and refine designs through iterative feedback and ensure feasibility for implementation.
- Stay updated on Cherwell product enhancements and incorporate new capabilities into designs.
