We are seeking a full-time contractor or employee for a CA Gen Application Developer role.
you will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle—analysis, design, coding, and testing—of application components within various Texas Medicaid systems. This role involves enhancement, maintenance, and development of modules that integrate with other applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply technical skills and knowledge of Texas Medicaid systems to design and implement effective application solutions
- Contribute to solution architecture and development planning
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and maintain strong relationships
- Develop and maintain applications using CASE tools (CA Gen / AllFusion Gen / Cool:Gen)
- Support system integration on HP NonStop (NSK/Tandem) platforms
Required Skills:
- Experience in application maintenance and development
- Hands-on development with CA Gen / AllFusion Gen / Cool:Gen
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with Medicaid systems
- Proficiency with HP NonStop (NSK/Tandem) platforms
- Ability to manage and maintain client relationships
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
