We are seeking a full-time contractor or employee to join our team as an Senior ETL Informatica Developer.
Your responsibilities will include testing ETL processes for the data warehouse, documenting ETL processes for extracting data from existing systems, and documenting the "as-is" schemas currently in use at TWC. You will also be responsible for performing complex data modeling tasks, creating mapping documents from source to target databases, and establishing database standards and best practices.

You will also be responsible for performing complex data modeling tasks, creating mapping documents from source to target databases, and establishing database standards and best practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and documenting the technical architecture.
- Supporting TWC’s Enterprise Data Warehouse through analysis and documentation tasks.
- Assisting with data migration from legacy systems to new target databases.
- Performing additional duties as assigned to support ongoing operations.
Required Skills:
- Deep hands-on expertise with Informatica ETL processes, including development, data management, data profiling, data flows, data relationships, and data quality standards and processes.
- Experience in data warehouse development and testing (both relational and dimensional), with a proven ability to implement using databases like Oracle, SQL Server, etc. (Oracle preferred).
- Experience in analyzing and generating technical requirements and design.
- Hands-on experience with data modeling, preferably in a data warehouse environment.
- Proficiency with the Informatica product suite in the Informatica cloud.
- Experience in creating source-to-target mapping and database documentation.
- Ability to assist with migrating data from legacy systems to new target databases.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with multiple types of RDBMS (DB2, SQL Server, Oracle).
- Experience with data modeling tools such as Erwin or other equivalent tools.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Previous experience with the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC).
