We are seeking a full-time contractor or employee for a Senior Business Analyst role.

- Experience eliciting requirements from interviews with customers and creating well-written system requirements
- Experience with software development life cycles (SDLCs)
- Business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement experience
- Experience developing user stories and use cases that conform to business analysis best practices
- Experience designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices
- Demonstrated strong communication and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated strong writing and organization skills
- Documented experience developing wireframes, mockups, & prototypes in Figma or comparable design software
- Experience ensuring designs and website conform to federal accessibility guidelines
Preferred Skills:
- Documented work experience with the requirements management software "Modern Requirements"
- Documented work experience with the issue tracking software "Atlassian Jira"
- Documented experience working for or closely with TEA or another state or local education agency
- Documented work experience in early childhood care and education
