We are currently seeking a proactive and skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team and support our internal staff with technical issues. Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assistance to employees regarding hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Maintain and manage the help desk ticketing system, ensuring all tickets are tracked and resolved efficiently.
- Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems as required.
- Assist in training employees on new technologies and software applications.
- Document support processes and create user guides or FAQs for common issues.
- Collaborate with external vendors and IT personnel to ensure optimal system performance.
