
Senior Low-Code Systems Analyst

We are looking for a full-time contractor or employee to fill the Senior Low-Code Systems Analyst role.
Your responsibilities will include evaluating current and future capabilities, researching solutions, enhancing systems, and providing guidance to stakeholders. You will collaborate with customers and IT teams to define business and software requirements, and work with users to gather process and application needs.Additionally, you will support the implementation and upgrades of low-code platforms, including system configuration, business process documentation, and project reporting. You will follow standardized project management methodologies, create test artifacts, conduct UAT, and prepare training materials. Your role will also involve working closely with developers to track defects and solutions, conducting technical reviews, resolving production issues, and ensuring global standards are upheld. You will assist in diagnosing application issues, writing detailed specifications, and improving system performance, along with performing other duties as needed.
Required Skills:
- Experience as a systems analyst, or a bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field, with at least three years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with a low-code platform, including design, implementation, and production support of applications
- Experience conducting fit/gap sessions, performing system configurations, conducting testing (including UAT), and developing training documentation
- Ability to prepare project documentation such as system requirement specifications, functional design specifications, architectural diagrams, flowcharts, screen prototypes, wireframes, interface specifications, data migration rules, logical workflow charts, database design specifications, and data warehouse design specifications
- Knowledge of SQL, Object-Oriented Programming Languages, and Web Application fundamentals
- Strong business analysis skills and experience developing creative solutions to complex problems
- Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), specifically with Octane (or earlier ALM versions)
- Experience in programming, analysis, or systems administration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Axure, or Photoshop
Preferred Skills:
- Certified Analyst or Developer
- Experience with SQL Server
- Experience with UML Modeling
- Familiarity with Agile Software Development Methodologies
- Knowledge of Uniform Statewide Accounting System (USAS) and Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System for Texas (CAPPS)
- Experience with the Texas Workforce Commission
