As a Remote Live Chat Representative for HitFigure, you will provide quick, safe and accurate appraisals for customers seeking to trade in their luxury and exotic vehicles. You’ll engage with customers via live chat, offering expert guidance through the appraisal process, answering inquiries and ensuring that each transaction is smooth, secure and satisfying.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to live chat inquiries from customers looking to appraise their luxury and exotic vehicles.
Provide clear, timely, and accurate information on the trade-in process, vehicle values, and next steps.
Assist customers in submitting necessary documentation for vehicle appraisals.
Address customer concerns and offer solutions to ensure a seamless and secure appraisal experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast and efficient vehicle appraisals.
Qualifications:
Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or live chat support is a plus.
Interest or knowledge of luxury and exotic vehicles preferred.
Ability to handle multiple live chats simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.
