We are seeking a full-time contractor or employee for the position of Senior QA Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze user requirements, design documents, and other documentation to develop detailed test cases.
- Create and execute automated functional and regression test cases, thoroughly report and document all issues, test cases run, test results, and testing summaries.
- Perform manual testing and data validation.
- Write and execute SQL queries to analyze and manipulate data.
- Collaborate with the development team and customers to understand the functionality under test and define test case automation; clearly communicate with the team.
- Execute performance and accessibility testing.
- Experience with Selenium and TestNG using Java.
Required Skills:
- Experience testing complex web applications.
- Proficient in testing all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong database and SQL skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with test automation using Selenium and TestNG.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools such as WAPT Pro, Jmeter, or others.
- Previous experience with JIRA is preferred.
- Experience with Zephyr Scale is preferred.
