We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement software solutions by analyzing system requirements, collaborating with users, and optimizing workflows. This role requires hands-on experience in Salesforce application development within an Agile (Scrum) framework and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

- Investigating issues, designing system specifications, and ensuring compliance with programming standards.
- Developing and maintaining Salesforce applications through coding, testing, peer reviews, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Providing on-call support as needed.
- Delivering solutions by documenting, analyzing, and resolving technical challenges.
- Supporting applications across multiple environments.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex programming, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Proficiency in configuration-based (no-code) solutions using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), coding standards, change control, and version management.
- Experience in Salesforce.com architecture assessment and delivering secure, high-performance technical solutions on the Force.com platform.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including:
- Classic to Lightning upgrades
- Data migrations
- System integrations
- Third-party applications
- Custom development
- Knowledge of authentication protocols like OAuth for integrating third-party applications.
- Proficiency in core web technologies, including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML).
- Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premises applications using both standard and custom REST APIs.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with DevOps technologies, including CI/CD pipelines and tools like Flosum, Git.
- Experience in creating custom reports and dashboards within Salesforce.
- Strong background in Agile software development methodologies.
