We are looking for a full-time contractor or employee for a IT Project Manager role.
Looking for an IT Project Manager with strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. The role involves managing systems, integration, and project execution, with a focus on creativity and initiative. Experience with vendors, deliverables, and QA is a plus.

Required Skills:
- Manage software development projects, including documentation, planning, and implementation of multiple simultaneous projects or maintenance activities.
- Develop and maintain project management plans and schedules, ensuring milestones and critical path activities are accounted for.
- Oversee project scope, timelines, and budgets, while managing change requests and ensuring projects stay within time constraints.
- Ensure timely posting of project management artifacts and approvals per methodology standards.
- Knowledge of SDLC, data migration, and data integration (including mainframe systems).
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to research and provide solutions for risks and issues.
- Ability to contribute to requirements gathering, functional design, system testing, and use case development.
- Capable of managing tasks effectively in high-pressure environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in developing and improving policies and procedures.
- Background in the Oil and Gas industry and compliance/enforcement projects as a Project Manager.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and manage challenging situations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
