We are looking for a full-time contractor or employee for a IT Project Manager role.

Looking for an IT Project Manager with strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. The role involves managing systems, integration, and project execution, with a focus on creativity and initiative. Experience with vendors, deliverables, and QA is a plus.

Required Skills:

Manage software development projects, including documentation, planning, and implementation of multiple simultaneous projects or maintenance activities.
Develop and maintain project management plans and schedules, ensuring milestones and critical path activities are accounted for.
Oversee project scope, timelines, and budgets, while managing change requests and ensuring projects stay within time constraints.
Ensure timely posting of project management artifacts and approvals per methodology standards.
Knowledge of SDLC, data migration, and data integration (including mainframe systems).
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to research and provide solutions for risks and issues.
Ability to contribute to requirements gathering, functional design, system testing, and use case development.
Capable of managing tasks effectively in high-pressure environments.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in developing and improving policies and procedures.
Background in the Oil and Gas industry and compliance/enforcement projects as a Project Manager.
Proven ability to lead diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and manage challenging situations.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
