We are looking for a full-time contractor or employee for a Tableau Developer role.

Gather, analyze, and document data visualization requirements using the data warehouse. Conduct data analysis from multiple sources and develop reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations with Tableau Desktop and Server. Collaborate with stakeholders to align data with visualization needs. Support the Enterprise Data Warehouse with analysis and documentation tasks. Mentor and train junior Tableau developers.

Required Skills:

Analyzing data from various source systems and database technologies using SQL.
Designing, developing, and validating reports, data visualizations, and dashboards in Tableau, including:
- Building and publishing interactive reports and dashboards.
- Scheduling reports using Tableau Server.
- Creating action filters, parameters, and calculated sets for dashboards and worksheets.
- Developing Tableau workbooks from multiple data sources using Data Blending.
- Publishing reports via Tableau Public.
Gathering, analyzing, and defining data visualization requirements for a data warehouse.
Experience working with both relational and dimensional data warehouse environments.
Translating business requirements into effective data visualization solutions.
Hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
Mentoring and training junior Tableau developers.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Public Sector delivery
Texas Workforce Commission experience
