We are looking for a full-time contractor or employee for a Systems Analyst - Healthcare Data Migration role.

- Expertise in database management systems with a strong focus on healthcare EHR platforms, especially those requiring complex integrations like Cerner Millennium.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or similar database scripting for seamless data migration to SaaS platforms. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Visio, and other spreadsheet applications.
- Skilled in analyzing user requirements, evaluating operational workflows, and identifying automation or system enhancement opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Experience in documenting business process flows and refining existing and future workflows. Ability to conduct data collection and collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance system usability and documentation.
- Competency in preparing detailed specifications for data input and output processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve intricate data-related challenges effectively.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, essential for creating clear project documentation and facilitating stakeholder engagement.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to foster teamwork, enhance productivity, and promote collaboration across diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of current IT industry trends and market dynamics, with the ability to apply these insights strategically within the organization.
- Proficiency in architectural principles, concepts, and tools related to infrastructure, information systems, applications, and organizational structures.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience with SaaS model EHR systems and cloud data migrations.
- Experience with Texas DIR Project Delivery Framework and document templates
- Familiarity with the existing and planned software technology and the global, regional, and local software architecture and infrastructure components
- Experience in regulatory compliance and data security related to healthcare data.
