We are are seeking an experienced LMS Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a trusted member of our Administrative Applications division, you will play an instrumental role in designing and implementing of complex features and enhancements using Articulate Storyline 360.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize enhancements.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to improve efficiency and code quality.
- Develop and maintain scalable, reliable automated workflows.
- Conduct testing and debugging to ensure system accuracy.
- Mentor junior engineers and support team development.
- Integrate LMS solutions with existing systems.
- Stay updated on LMS advancements and industry best practices.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar role.
- Hands-on expertise in Learning Management System (LMS) development.
- Proficient in using Articulate for LMS solutions.
- Strong knowledge of process automation, including workflow design, exception handling, and error management.
- Skilled in process discovery, requirements gathering, and solution architecture.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) development.
- Proficiency in programming languages like C#, Java, or Python.
- Familiarity with UI frameworks such as MAUI, WinUI, or ReactJS.
- Knowledge of diagramming using BPMN 2.0 methodology.
- Understanding of adult learning theory principles.
