The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex IT projects, particularly within the healthcare or public health sectors, and will have familiarity with Texas project management frameworks. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure project success from initiation through completion.

Required Skills:
- Managing Large IT Software projects > 5M
Preferred Skills:
