Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
Provide accurate information regarding properties, services, and processes.
Resolve customer complaints and conflicts with empathy and active listening skills.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track interactions and maintain detailed records.
Assist customers in setting appointments, obtaining necessary documents, and providing guidance throughout their journey.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Maintain a positive attitude and promote a culture of exceptional customer service.
Adapt to changing workloads and priorities while managing time effectively.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
Ability to actively listen and demonstrate empathy in customer interactions.
Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Adaptability and willing to learn new systems and processes.
Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
