As a Live Chat Agent at GREYSTONE INC, you will be a vital part of our customer support team, responsible for delivering exceptional service and assistance through live chat interactions. Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, escalating issues to higher-level support when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to address and resolve complex issues.
Continuously update and improve knowledge of company products, services, and processes.
Adhere to company guidelines and chat protocols to ensure consistency and quality of service.
Monitor chat queues and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
Previous experience in a customer service or live chat role is preferred.
Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and handle high-volume chat interactions efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Familiarity with live chat software and CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
