Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to executives and management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
- Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
- Document Management: Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, effectively relaying information and responding to inquiries.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring that the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain databases, input data, and generate reports as needed for management review.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or professional environment.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with office management software.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing administrative tasks and supporting executive-level staff.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques is a plus.
