Grey Stone Church is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to be a vital part of our team. Key Responsibilities
- Front-Line Support: Welcome and assist members and visitors both in-person and over the phone, providing comprehensive information about our services, events, and programs.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve member concerns, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive experience.
- Administrative Duties: Manage scheduling, event registrations, and maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups.
- Effective Communication: Collaborate with various church departments to ensure clear and consistent communication regarding church activities and initiatives.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing church events, including setup, registration management, and on-site support.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and report feedback from members to enhance our services and programs.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred, especially in a faith-based or community-oriented setting.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to listen actively and convey information clearly.
- Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build positive relationships with diverse individuals, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
