Key responsibilities include gathering user requirements, analyzing system workflows, and investigating problem areas to design and implement optimized software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy software solutions by understanding business needs, conferring with users, and analyzing systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
- Lead the development and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Blue Prism.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RPA applications, ensuring high standards of performance and reliability.
- Design system specifications and develop standards for software implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in RPA development using Blue Prism.
- Strong experience with SQL/No-SQL databases and RESTful web services.
- Proficiency in investigating problem areas and designing solutions tailored to specific business processes.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
- Strong experience in process discovery, requirements gathering, and solution architecture for automation initiatives.
- Experience with web technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, DOM, and HTTP protocol.
- Experience with JDBC API development.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including QA and troubleshooting processes.
